Connect Your FACEIT Account

Step 1 — Find your FACEIT nickname
  1. Go to faceit.com and sign in.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Your nickname is displayed directly under your name — it may differ from your display name. Copy it exactly, including capitalisation.
Example: VeryBusyOwl (not "VBOwl" or your Steam name)
Step 2 — Save it in your Profile
  1. Click Profile in the sidebar.
  2. Enter your FACEIT nickname in the "FACEIT Nickname" field and hit Save.
  3. The poller will start fetching your match history within 10 minutes. Come back to the Dashboard and refresh.
Step 3 — Upload a demo (optional but recommended)
  1. On faceit.com, open any recent match from your match history.
  2. Click the "Watch" button on the match page.
  3. Click "Download demo" — this saves a .gz file to your computer.
  4. Also save your Steam ID64 — find it at steamid.io by searching your Steam profile URL. It looks like 76561198XXXXXXXXX.
  5. Enter your Steam ID64 in Profile, then go to Upload Demo and drop the file.
  6. Parsing takes 1–3 minutes. Once done, the Dashboard will show deeper mechanical coaching.
Without demos you still get coaching from FACEIT API stats (K/D, ADR, HS%, win rate). Demos unlock mechanics data (counter-strafe, first-bullet accuracy, TTD, crosshair placement).
